Return and Refund Policy
At Phantorix, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, OR
- The product is not working/defective upon arrival
We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect order placed by the customer.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return:
- Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the package is sealed until the product is fully shown.
- The video must clearly capture the sealed packaging, the full unboxing process, the product’s condition upon opening, and any visible damage or defects.
Without a proper unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.
3. Return Request Timeframe
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the package.
- Requests made after 3 days will not be considered.
4. Verification Process
Once we receive your request along with the unboxing video:
- Our team will review the evidence.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
5. Refund Process
- Refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- Request is made after 3 days
- Product is damaged due to misuse
- Minor packaging dents without product damage
- Normal wear and tear
