5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Phantorix is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or non-working product:

  • You must record a clear unboxing video.
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
